Flowers of
Humanity
Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore said “Every child comes with a message that God is not yet tired of man.”
Children are flowers in the garden of humanity; they bring
with them the message of Love and hope for our broken world. Every child is a
mirror of Sublime and unconditional love. Children are like vibrant and beautiful
flowers enhancing the beauty of God’s creation.
Flowers are a source of joy and positivity; they connect us
to the beauty of the soul and their fragrance helps us experience divine
ecstasy. Every flower has its own characteristic charm which makes you marvel
at the wonderful creation of the Almighty. Similarly every child is a unique
creation of the Lord and
has been send to us as a messenger of peace and prosperity.
It is our duty as parents and teachers to maintain the inherent goodness of
children and also help them acquire skills to be independent and lead a life of
honesty and self-respect. We as responsible humans should set the right
examples before our children as children tend to emulate our behavior.
Preaching does not help children instead it is our character, our behavior
which inspires them.
In the words of our respected Principal Mrs. Jayshree
Venkatraman every child needs to be nurtured with tender care so that he/she
blooms into confident and caring humans. We at Indus have chosen a flower to
represent the children of our class; the mentors have made their class-rooms
colourful by showcasing replicas of flowers. Playgroup has been named as Sunflowers;
their year of full bloom is 2029, Nursery class
has been christened Lotus, their full-bloom year being 2028.
PP-1 and PP-2 classes are named Daffodils and Periwinkles while their fullbloom
years are 2027 and 2026 respectively. Grade I children have been named Tulips
they will bloom completely in 2025. Grade II and III have been christened as
Aster and their full bloom years are 2024 and 2023 respectively. The mentors
will help nurture these little buds into blooming flowers of humanity with the parent’s co-operation
and guidance of our respected Principal.
We all have been send to participate in this beautiful
festival of life so let us play our part well, as every moment is eternal and
life the greatest and the most precious blessing of our Creator.
