IWS Aurangabad P&L Head Mr. Soumyo Dutta Gupta addressed the crowd on 21st Century Learning Skills
Change is constant. “Innovation and creativity” are the keys to survival today. The individual as well as the organization is galloping to keep up with the ever increasing pace. Change does not necessarily assure progress, but progress implacably requires change. Education is essential to adapt to the change. Education creates new wants and desires and ability to satisfy them. Once our children get in the habit of learning for themselves, nothing is going to narrow their minds. Our essence of teaching is to make learning contagious, to have one idea spark another. "You cannot kindle a fire in any other heart until it is burning in your own," said Head Mistress Namita Parthasarthy.
