Republic Day at IWS Aurangabad

All teaching and non-teaching faculty of Indus World School came together and celebrated the 63rd Republic day by pledging our allegiance and loyalty to our motherland India, who has come a long way to reach its status of an economic and political icon it is today.

One of our Grandparent hoist flag, followed by the singing of the national anthem and exchanged his valuable experiences during the period of independence with the students of Indus World School.

Students of grade III to VII put on a show of intricate steps through their marching skills. The school campus echoed with the melodious patriotic songs by the children of grade I to IV. The patriotic skit presented by the pre-primary mentors, left everyone spellbound. The Dominos pizza team also joined us with patriotic fervor. A lively cultural programme mesmerized the audience and reflected the feeling of patriotism among students.

The headmistress Namita Parthasarathy gave a message that, “Wherever we are, at home or at work, let us bring honor to our nation. Let’s celebrate our Republic day in a true manner by becoming responsible and loyal citizens of our nation. Jai Hind!”

The celebration ended with the distribution of sweets.
